Our bookings office is open from 10.00am - 4.00pm weekdays.
When you make your booking we will require a contact name, address telephone number, preferred visit date and the number in your party. Your booking will then be confirmed in writing.
Complete our booking request form and our bookings team will respond by email. Alternatively, contact us as follows:
Payment 7 days prior to your visit is preferable, however payment on arrival or by 30 day invoice is possible for established educational organisations. You will be required to complete an application for account form before your first visit. The Spinnaker Tower accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard and Visa. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage Projects (Portsmouth) Ltd.
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing from the group organiser no later than 7 days prior to the visit date. Booking cancellations received within 7 days or less of the visit will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
