Can my companion go up with me?

Yes. We welcome registered assistance dogs trained by a recognised organisation such as Assistance Dogs UK or an equivalent. Emotional support animals and untrained pets are not permitted.

Yes. Wheelchair users can safely access and roll over the glass floor on the main viewing deck.

For safety reasons, guests must be able to transfer into the Evac Chair either independently or with assistance from their own carer. Please speak to our team before your visit if this may be difficult for you. We will be happy to advise and help you plan your experience so you can make the most of your visit.
