Our views are impressive in most weathers, including rain and storms, so we do not offer refunds if you choose not to visit due to the weather. However we do offer a view guarantee with our Standard All Day admission tickets, so if the view is impacted by the weather to the extent that you cannot see the 3 Solent Forts just beyond the Harbour from the viewing deck, we will offer you a free return visit for another day. T&Cs apply, and you must speak to a Duty Manager on the day of you visit.
Our View Guarantee is not included in the Single Admission walk up ticket.
Yes, we offer 10% off general admission for armed forces and NHS workers. The discount is not currently available online, please bring a valid form of ID with you when you purchase your tickets. We are unable to apply multiple discounts to a single ticket, note this also applies to early booking discounts.

We endeavour to cater for guests with allergens, however please be aware that all food is prepared in a kitchen serving a wide variety of other food and exposure to allergens cannot be avoided.
We endeavour to provide suitable allergen-free alternatives to our High Teas and Brunches, as long as we are advised at the point of booking and ordering. Where this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We can offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free alternative menus for our High Teas and Brunches. These must be requested at the point of booking, 48hours prior to the event.
In our Spinnaker Kitchen and Bar, our team would be happy to discuss availability of menu options for any particularly allergen. Please speak to a member of our staff and ask for more information about this.
If you wish to bring a child with you for High Tea, you will need to purchase a standard High Tea experience for them. We do not currently offer a children’s version of the High Tea. Alternatively for young children, we can offer a kids lunch box option – you will also need to purchase a general admission ticket for the child. To purchase the kids lunch box, please do not book online but call us to book your High Tea experience, to ensure we can accommodate your request.
