Spinnaker Kitchen & Bar
Facing out over the water beneath our iconic landmark, Spinnaker Kitchen & Bar overlooks the lively Portsmouth Harbour.
Set right on the water’s edge, the café features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an open, airy layout, and a spacious outdoor terrace – the ideal place to relax and take in the harbour views.
- Open daily: 9am – 6pm
- Cuisine: Café-style favourites, fish & chips, lunchtime favourites like jacket potatoes, and a dedicted children’s menu
- Drinks: Barista coffee, teas, milkshakes, beers, wines, spirits

Clouds Café
Located on View Deck 2, The Clouds is our most elegant dining space, designed for moments worth savouring.
With sweeping panoramic views across the harbour, towards the Isle of Wight and the Solent Forts, The Clouds offers a calm, elevated setting for relaxed indulgence and special occasions.
The Clouds is home to our signature High Tea and brunch, carefully curated to complement the refined surroundings and ever-changing views.

Sky Bar - Cocktails with a View
As day turns to night, The Clouds transforms into the Sky Bar, a stylish evening destination high above the waterfront.
Perfect for celebrations, date nights and memorable evenings, the Sky Bar offers expertly served drinks in a sophisticated atmosphere, paired with stunning sunset and night-time views across the city, harbour and beyond.
The Sky Bar is a book-ahead experience, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed, exclusive setting with attentive service and uninterrupted views.
