The Tower has two unique Cafés, Spinnaker Kitchen and Bar, located on the waterfront and Clouds café, located on View Deck 2.

Spinnaker Kitchen & Bar

Facing out over the water beneath our iconic landmark, the Spinnaker Kitchen and Bar overlooks the bustling Portsmouth Harbour.

Distinctively situated on the water’s edge and with it’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows, open layout and huge outdoor terrace, experience uninterrupted views out over Portsmouth Harbour.

Spinnaker Kitchen offers a fresh café menu with breakfasts and lunchtime favourites such as jacket potatoes and toasties, healthy options as well as dishes reflective of our harbourside location including the traditional British favourite, Fish and Chips.

Open daily from 9am until 6pm – no need to book a table!

As a fully licensed café, serving coffees, tea, milkshakes, beer, wines & spirits, the perfect spot to watch the comings and goings on in the harbour.

Clouds Café

Head on up to the second view deck and Café in the Clouds at 105 metres over the harbour. Experience breath-taking sights across the busy harbour to the Isle of Wight, spot the Solent Forts dotted through the Solent & marvel at the ever-changing views.

Clouds Café is host to our exclusive High Tea which you can book in advance or if you simply fancy a cup tea, slice of cake or glass of something, take a seat & enjoy the best view on the south coast.
